5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful video on flower arranging, September 7, 2000
By Lover of Mysteries "avatar_of_ares" (Norridge, IL United States) - See all my reviews
There are three tapes in this series. By themselves or as a set, the tapes are a wonderful introduction to flower arranging in general and Ikebana (Japanese style) in particular. The instruction are clear and the tapes are easy to follow. Each tape shows several arrangements and gives wonderful tips for handling flowers.

Unlike the typical American claustrophobic style of flower arranging, Ikebana uses open spaces and fewer flowers and branches. The result is dramatic, pleasing to look at, and long lasting.
