This video is the ultimate in promoting relaxation through stress release. Linda Arkin provides clear yet soothing instruction for the those new to yoga. Plays down extreme goals and focuses on the moment. Before-bed stretches are excellent.

This tape is indeed very relaxing. It works especially well right before bedtime. The routine is about 30 minutes long. She talks too much a few times, leaving the student just standing there and also doesn't cue you out of a pose (when you are turned away from the TV) a couple times. But, all in all, I am enjoying it.

This is a good yoga tape for beginners. The poses Linda uses are simple for someone who does not have a lot of flexibiliy. I prefer to use this tape at night before going to bed. It will help you to gently work the tension out of your muscles, leaving you with a relaxed feeling. On the down side, she does talk quite a bit. Again, for the beginner who is learning, this is helpful. If you are not new to yoga, you may find it excessive. Overall, a good choice!
