1.0 out of 5 stars Where are the insects?, April 3, 1999
By A Customer
This video seems to be more concerned with the Smithsonian museum than with insects. Most of the video is taken up with still pictures or drawings of scientists or talking heads. When it does show insects, they are usually dead ones pinned in a collection at the Smithsonian. The occasional (and I mean occasional!) footage of live insects can be grainy. I guess this isn't bad if it's what you want, but it's deceptive advertising to put a picture of an insect on the box cover. They should have put a picture of Edward O. Wilson, Charles Darwin or the Smithsonian museum.
