This awesome workout tape was mentioned in SELF Magazine, August, 1999. It spoofs other "serious" workout videos, but is itself a thorough body conditioner. The three lovely belly dancers display their "abs to die for" (Jareeda review) in their performances, seen at the end of the tape.
