I had one Purpose: to bring home to my readers the events of the year of war 1992.That was when the Bosnian Muslims were supposed to disappear,together with the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.I was a participant in those events;during those days and months i had to take fateful decisions...I should like my readers to be enriched by this experience of war, but I do not wish for any nation or people to experience such aggression.Kerim Lucarevic.

This is a must read material, definately!! This book made me realize what really happend during the year of '92, even though I spent good part of my life in Sarajevo.. Thanks Doctor!! Hvala Doktore!!!

This book is a must read for anyone interested in the human realities of the war.As the Commander of Bosnia's Military Police,Kerim succeds in portraying the drama and heroism of the battle of Sarajevo,which saved the city in the crucial days of 1992,as only an insider and direct participant could do.
