Kenneth Brian Edmonds aka Babyface was born in Indiana in 1958. He has applied his Midas touch to singing, songwriting, and producing.

After playing with the bands Manchild and Deele he left to pursue his solo career, releasing his debut album Lovers in 1986. This cd will make you stop and think about things that haven't surfaced in a very long time. There is a song here that everyone can relate to.

If you cannot relate to this album you have never been truly in love before!

Well, being the #1 fan, I would say that Face is the most intelligent Song writer, Producer, singer and musician that man kind has ever seen. I saw the man up close, he is so calm in his singing and so romantic. I wish if he can go back to Lovers style and Two Occasions, I just wish so. Don't u agree?

...first off, the only thing I'd complain about this is--that mix of 'Whip Appeal'. It ain't working. Sorry. It would have greatly upgraded the CD to put the original on it. Other than that, this has ultrarare performances of 'Two Occasions' (too bad they couldn't slip in a version of 'Shoot 'em Up Movies'), Babe and Pebbles in 'Love Makes Things Happen'(TLC and LA Reid may, however, dispute that), Babe and Karyn Lewis in 'Love Saw It' and that gem of a jam 'Chivalry'.

Babyface throughout the years has proven that love and music makes things happen.
