5.0 out of 5 stars Pure, unadulterated, traditional country!, May 8, 2006
By Sharon Korchnak "musicalhorse" (Boardman, Ohio United States) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This is one of Randy's best (which is saying a lot, I like all of his music) - second only to Storms of Life - I own this album in all media forms, from vinyl LP to CD - and I still savor each song as a treasure of pure country music!

4.0 out of 5 stars Really smooth music for when you're in the mood..., June 12, 2000
By Sudarshan Purohit (Pune, Maharashtra India) - See all my reviews
This album, as it stands, is realy good. Why doesnt it get a 5, then ? Because it's really good to listen to when you're in a mellow, emotional sort of mood, but not good enough to draw you into that mood if you're feeling otherwise. All the songs, especially the title one, are the quiet flowing type, perfect for putting on when you're trying to get some work done. And Mr. Travis' voice complements them perfectly in it's smoothness.

5.0 out of 5 stars Randy Travis rules, June 11, 2009
Randy Travis rules country music to this day, many years after he released Old 8x10. His rich, true voice works wonders on these authentic country songs. There is not a bad song or a bad note on this album. If you want real music and not that screaming stuff that's out there now, Randy Travis is the very best. 25 years after his career began in earnest, his music remains remains unsurpassed to this day for its quality.

5.0 out of 5 stars Randy Travis CD- Old 8 X 10
The CD was in very good shape, case was good, the only thing I didn't like was there was no picture sleeve in the case. But I would definately buy again.

5.0 out of 5 stars Randy Travis Old 8x10
This is one of my favorite Randy Travis albums. Didn't have the
CD in this until now.

3.0 out of 5 stars Pretty good
About half of the songs here are pretty good. The rest of them aren't worth listening to. They are slow and ponderous and a little boring.
