This is such a great cd. The blend of traditional Chinese instruments is lovely. Listening to this cd at night, I have never gotten through the whole thing before I fell asleep:) (that is, of course, when I _want_ to fall asleep. Don't think if you play it anywhere you'll fall asleep).

This is beautiful Chinese music. Oh, the cd is one track, and I think it's like 46 minutes long.

I recommend this cd.

A wonderful, mind-relaxing collection of music. Not just for sleep, but anytime you wish to create a personal tranquility zone. At work, when the hallway "clutter" noise is overwhelming, I close my office door, slide the CD in my PC, and soon I am harmoniously one with my tasks.

The good thing about this CD is that it really helps sleep! Both my wife and I sleep very fitfully. In an act of desperation we ordered this CD. The fantastic news is that now we actually sleep better! We have it on repeat the whole night. The music is very calming. We have it on when we read and let us relax us gently. The only negative thing I have on it is that it is a bit short.
