5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful collection of some of Andre's best pieces!, September 30, 1998
This is a nice collection of some of Andre's best pieces. I have been chasing the Tartini for years (bought it in 1970(!) on vinyl) and could never find it on CD. This is by far my most favorite piece of music, superbly interpreted by Maurice Andre.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Stuff!!, October 25, 2001
By "moondog84" (Plymouth, MN USA) - See all my reviews
I REALLY liked the Tartini, Albinoni (St. Marc), Vivaldi, Zipoli, and the Albinoni for 2 trumpets. I had never heard the Zipoli before this CD - Very Nice. It also has a moving Aria section with just strings.

The only bad thing about this CD is that the internal movements of each piece do not have an individual track. So if you want to jump to a certain movement, you have to start the piece and drag the play slider to the proper clock setting.

Overall a Great CD. Nice addition to my trumpet library!
