This is a great workout or dance tape for that matter. The songs are from the late 70's/early 80's when dance songs filled the radio airwaves. One song in particular, "Makin' It" by David Naughton might have been a one-hit wonder, but it is an incredible dance song that is hard to get off your mind once you've heard it! The sitcom that it was designed for was a dud, but the song is not! The other songs on this CD are great also except for the irritating "I Love the Night Life" by Alicia Bridges, I could have done without this one. It's a great CD though, and I highly recommend it!

I was so unhappy when I got this cd. The songs are not complete and play like one continueous song. Don't waste your money.

I liked this CD. As far as the music goes, it's good for listening to. However, the beat didn't really fit my workout needs.
