I just got these CD's and I love them. Perfect for setting a dark, spooky tone for your Halloween parties. The first two CD's are a little short (approx. 30 min.) and the price a bit high but if you like this trilogy as much as I do its worth it.

Dark, moody, and diabolical, and that's just the first track! Each of the music for the three films stands alone(don't listen to this trilogy alone, though). Joseph LoDuca is one of the finest composer's today. His ability to place scene with music is unreal. He has mastered the art of sound manipulation and can turn on you like a demonic zombie. This set is sure to please every horror fan, or anyone who enjoys a good, malicious movie score. Nice addition from Danny Elfman on the 3rd disco too!

The soundtrack to the excellent Evil Dead Trillogy is just as perfect as watching the three films. From the odd sounds of the forest to the quirky little ashes theme, this is a soundtrack that should be in every movie fans collection.
