Just because it is Howlin' Wolf, a blues icon, I give it three stars. But, it can't be called a 'Gold Collection' when so many hit songs are missing. Where are 'Smokestack Lightning' and 'Sittin' On Top Of The World'? Those are Wolf's biggest hits, and none of them appear here.

Bottom line, if you want a good starting place for the Wolf, check out '20th Century Masters,' 'The Definitive Collection,' or 'His Best.' But, unless your a die-hard Wolf fan, I advise you ignore this one.
