TDK CD-RW74 discs are rewritable media that allow users to overwrite data directly and repeatedly, and are playable on all CD-ROM drives equipped with MultiRead functionality. They feature a storage capacity of up to 650MB, or 74 minutes of high-quality digital audio recording time. TDK CD-RW74 discs comply fully with Orange Book Part III specifications.TDK CD-RW74 discs utilize an exceptionally stable phase-change recording material to allow numerous rewrites and long archival life. Phase-change recording uses a laser to change the reflectivity of discrete areas on a disc surface. The recorded marks differ in their reflectivity from the unrecorded areas of the CD-RW disc. These differences in reflectivity are read by a laser pickup as digital data.TDK CD-RW discs are engineered to the most exacting tolerances, for optimum reliability and durability. Certified Plus CD-RW discs are ideally suited to a wide variety of applications where repeated re-recording may be desirable, such as data backup, pre-mastering, video and audio recording, multimedia development and more.

This TDK disk is an okay disk. Make sure you keep in mind that you can only write data to these disks, as audio does not play on all players. The write speeds could be a little better than 4x. However, it is an okay product for the price it's being offered at.
