I bought Tropicana Nigthts,expecting to hear a follow up album to the beautiful Portraits of Cuba. No dice.Tropicana sounds like warmth-over,dated cuban music.No imaginative charts,solos or material here.Too Bad. Bert Samuels

Qu� disco! Paquito has delivered again - this time a beautifully crafted, elegant Cuban orchestra sound. Excellent music to keep cheer you up on those chilly Central-European autumn nights, making you wish you were in the Caribbean. Es m�sica tan elegante como caliente.

It is obvious why this album won this year's Latin Grammy. Paquito is a master musician and I highly recommend this album to those interested in true jazz music.
