Place the front speakers on either side of your television, place the rears behind you, and place the center channel just above or below the television. Subwoofer is Sony's patented design that provides bass nearly all the way down to the lowest musical frequencies (20 Hz) from a compact cabinet. H.O.P. is Sony's exclusive Highly Oriented Polyolefin speaker cone material. H.O.P. is up to 30 times more rigid, per unit weight, than polypropylene. As a result, you get a woofer with low distortion and extraordinary transient response. Voice Matched Speaker Systems are designed to have a similar tonal quality, creating a seamless sound environment. Voice matching is very important in home theater applications, as the sound will be much more consistent, providing realistic playback of the video selection. The unit reproduces a wide range of sound frequencies from a single speaker.
