Cuisinart's excellent nonstick cooking surface has been paired with the superior conductivity and durability of anodized aluminum to provide a multilayer nonstick surface that can even be placed in the oven, under some circumstances. This skillet's handle has a ventilated design, which keeps it cool to the touch, even after it's been cooking on the stovetop for a while (be careful if using it in the oven, though). The skillet also features an additional "helper handle" to aide in lifting when it's full. Its large capacity is ideal for anything from omelets to stews, and its nonstick surface makes it easy to cut down on a dish's fat, as well as making cleanup a breeze. A dishwasher's harsh detergents will harm the anodized aluminum, though, so it's best to always wash it by hand.
