Product Description

Amazon.com Review

Who among us doesn't prefer the muffin top over the rest of the muffin (especially the often dense bottom)? That's why Roshco stopped pretending otherwise and developed its 6-cup top-of-the-muffin pan, which is specially designed to bake the tops only, complete with the crumbly flair and flavor that people crave. The pan features a nonstick Silverstone coating that lets the tops slide out of the pan with nary a flick, while the steel construction spreads heat evenly to the sides for perfectly consistent cooking. If you love the buttery, flaky character of muffin tops, this Roshco pan makes a terrific kitchen companion. Roshco recommends that you hand-wash the pan using nonabrasive scrubbers. --Rivers Janssen

5.0 out of 5 stars Non-Stop Use, November 19, 2000
By A Customer
I got this pan mainly as a Seinfeld joke, but I've used it non-stop since. It keeps bagel melts from sliding around, makes perfectly round Cookie-Monster Sized chocolate chip cookies and shortcakes, and if you mash down some Grands biscuits you can make pizzas that fit in a Ziploc. I'm still finding uses for it. My cupcakes can fit more frosting now, which makes them easier to decorate. It's WELL worth the money.

5.0 out of 5 stars Buy More Than One! A Product With Many, Many Uses, September 21, 2002
By "bhappynow" (Waukegan, Illinois USA) - See all my reviews
The three I ordered recently arrived and the waiting period was definitely worth it! Very lightweight, smooth construction, cups are sealed well. Great price, too. Although the recipe booklet which came with each pan was pizza-oriented only, I can easily say after seeing the product the uses you will find for it are many and varied. Like other reviewers have noted, muffin tops, cookies, bagels, biscuits, cupcakes can be made using these pans. Because of the size and non-stick finish I think this product could also be used for varieties of candy as well, creating a special presentation perfect for simple, thoughtful Christmas and Holiday-oriented gifts. A very clever product at a good price plus the quality makes it difficult to pass this product without purchasing!

5.0 out of 5 stars Who wants "muffin stumps" anyway?, September 27, 2000
By A Customer
Awesome product! This is the best thing to happen to muffin tops since Seinfeld!

Finally, a way to make "muffies" (muffin + cookie = muffie) without waste!

The pan works great, no stick, no mess - and best of all no stumps!

I love this for making toasties. You take the Jiffy corn muffin or other mixes and make toasties you can freeze and then just pop in the toaster. The kids love them.
