Editorial Reviews

Music Design In Review-Mach/April 1999
The idea of practicing Tai Chi to music if fairly new and the music on "Tai Chi" is especially created for those who are new to this form of therapeutic exercise. One of the goals is to realize the simplicity of being and to work toward unifying the body and soul with harmonious movement. Lust strings, elegant piano, twinkling bells, sinuous flutes, and soft vocals provide the listener with just over an hour of beautiful music. For those at an intermediate or advanced level, the music provides an ideal environment for liberating the mind and body of old and inhibited thoughts and movements. It is also a pleasure to simply listen to.

Product Description
This CD incorporates the therapeutic movements of the age old practice of Tai Chi with music that inspires those movements. Whether or not you are an expierenced Tai Chi practicer or a novice this CD is well suited for both. The CD comes with a booklet giving the beginner a few moves and position to start with. Even if you don't practice Tai Chi at all, the music is stil soothing and relaxing to listen to on it's own.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great CD!, April 11, 2001
By A Customer
While not an accredited teacher of Tai Chi, I do happen to lead a group of older adult women through Tai Chi Chih Movements twice a week. We all absolutely love the CD. In fact, several ladies would like me to order copies for them so they will have their own. They enjoy the gentle, easy sounds on the CD and it does help to focus our chi. I would recommend purchasing it. Enjoy!

5.0 out of 5 stars Music beyond words!, September 27, 2001
By A Customer
This CD has some of the most beautiful music I've ever heard. If you play the CD while you're working it makes things much easier and more relaxing. When you're done with the job you feel relaxed and as if you've accomplished something worth doing. This CD is absolutely excellent!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Music - However!, August 26, 2000
By A Customer
This music goes beyond the description in the booklet. Yes, Tai Chi can be done to it - however, it has a good sound. If you like soft gentle music - this is for you!
