The Panasonic PV-C2020 neatly combines a 20-inch color TV with a two-head VCR and an FM radio. Its PanaBlack tinted picture tube reduces ambient light and sharpens image contrasts for a crisp picture.

The PV-C2020 delivers a range of options, including VCR Plus+, a useful feature that lets you use numeric codes found in your local TV listings to program recording. Its index-search feature speeds access to taped programs, while a program-end search quickly scrolls to a recording's end. Channel captioning lets you label up to 34 channels.

One option you don't want to be without, however, is commercial skip. This feature forwards your tapes in 1-, 2-, or 3-minute increments during playback so you can conveniently jump ahead of commercials. Panasonic also includes a V-chip parental lock that lets you block viewing of selected channels.

This unit's built-in alarm clock lets you wake to a favorite video, TV show, or radio station, while its sleep timer automatically turns the PV-C2020 off after 30, 60, or 90 minutes. It also includes a 24-hour power backup and built-in clock that auto sets the time for you. This model is unusual in that it comes with a built-in FM radio, a nice addition that even features auto scanning for easy station access.

Its full-function, tower-style remote control makes for easy operation, and front-panel control access is also available. This combination unit offers one audio (mono) input and one composite-video input, as well as an earphone jack. Front-panel access is also available for inputs, making hookup of a camcorder or video game console a breeze.

Packed full of useful features, the PV-C2020 20-inch color TV with VCR and FM radio is covered by a 1-year parts, 90-day labor warranty (U.S. only). Panasonic offers a 2-year warranty (U.S. only) on the PanaBlack picture tube.

Index search allows you to locate specific places of your movie or taped program, while program end search is helpful for those tapes that have several shows and movies on them. This TV-VCR is great, the picture quality is fantastic. THe AV plugs in the front are very convenient. The remote is pretty good, except that it is not backlighted. Another great feature of the TV-VCR is the NITE button on the remote. THis is for when one is watching the television at night or with no lights and thus the TV will become darker and it will not hurt one's eyes. THis feature is nto only great for one's eyes, but it also puts out a sharper image. THe only complaint i would have is that one of the heads on the VCR makes an audible grinding noise only when a movie is playing. It is fairly easy to drone out, but can be a pain. Overall, this TV-VCR by panasonic is fantastic and definately worth the very reasonable price!

i really like this product. its very cool. it saves a lot of space and the combination of TV and video is what i always have looked for. This model has a pleasing look and iam happy with its price.
