IntelliGolf is ideal for the tech-savvy Tiger Woods wannabe. Remember that blind dog-leg left at 185 yards or that hidden sand trap with theIntelliGolf Springboard module for the Handspring Visor. IntelliGolfautomates golf scoring, tracks shots by club, captures game-improvingstatistics, and adds up your foursome's wagers.

At the bottom of the Intelligolf scorecard screen, you'll find tabs thatdisplay totals and averages. The Totals screen shows how many eagles,birdies, and bogies that were shot, how well you putted, and a few otherstatistics with their percentages. Intelligolf also displays bar graphs so you can quickly see what improvements you need to make in your game.

With IntelliGolf, you can keep personalized notes on each course, hole, andround you play. Imagine being able to annotate and recall the perfect clubto use for each hole. And what's golf without a little wagering on theside? Intelligolf includes 24 popular wagering side games, including skins,bingo-bango-bongo, stableford, wolf, and more.

The included desktop software approximates your handicap, tracks cumulativeround statistics, and provides free download access to 10,000 worldwide scorecards via the Internet. Data from the Intelligolf module istransferred to your desktop whenever you HotSync, and you can decidewhether to keep the info on the Visor so you can save space. You canmanually enter new course data into the desktop software or downloadcourses from IntelliGolf's Web site (www.intelligolf.com).

The IntelliGolf module is compatible with all Handspring Visor handhelds.It fits flush with the Visor, so users will have no problem with anycarrying case. IntelliGolf comes with conduit-compatible softwarefor Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, and 2000. Plus, IntelliGolf will exportvirtually every statistic in XML and HTML formats.

If you own a Handspring Visor and play golf you've got to get this product. Just plug the module into your Visor and it adds up all of your wagers (for your foursome), keeps a running total of your scores and even lets you enter notes about each hole (e.g. hidden sand traps). Plus you get a free download of their PC software that approximates your handicap, lets you download thousands of golf course scorecards and keep track of all of your Rounds. This is the best module I have for my Visor. It's well worth it!

If you are the type of person that keeps your life organized in the palm of your hand and you love the game of golf then IntelliGolf is for you. The springboard takes a few minutes to set up and you can download scorecards from all over the world in just seconds. The stats that you collect can help you improve your game...as long as you take the time to put them in. If the course you play is very busy you may need to take notes on your game (i.e. Club used for tee shot, distance, chip shot club and putt lengths) and input them later so you don't have people hitting into you as you work through menus on the course. I have found that there is plenty of time to input scores and stats when playing in a threesome or foursome anytime, but if you have folks pressing you to play faster there isn't really time to keep all of the stats IntelliGolf allows. After you have your stats though, you can use them to turn yourself into a better player. IntelliGolf allows you to track the distances you hit your clubs, take notes about the course as you play, track the greens you hit in regulation (and the clubs that get you there), as well as your putting stats. I absolutely love it! I've cut 8 strokes by reviewing stats and making better "on the course" decisions because of them. I've also won a few bucks in some friendly Skins games (IntelliGolf keeps track of that too!).

Great springboard! Well designed graphics and extremely functional. Stores all sorts of significant course/play data with great internet site support. Download course info. on hundreds of courses. Great for any Handspring enamoured golfer!
