5.0 out of 5 stars everything but the flashing lights, June 14, 2000
By A Customer
Awesome CD! Not some cheesy Yamaha keyboard interpretation of the theme. It's nearly exactly what you hear on the show, with a stronger drum beat and stronger bass line thrown in, as well as a few sound effects from the show (i.e. "out of time" sound, "onto the next question, blue lights go down" sound, last bit of the "here comes the fastest finger question" sound, etc.). The club mix is simply an extended version of the radio mix. But I'll bet this release will inspire other club remixers to have their way with the song. The Chris Tennant version is nearly identical to the radio mix, with some of his spoken vocals thrown in ("is that your final answer," "you could take the 50/50," "you could ask the audience," "are you sure," etc.). Will there be a U.S. release soon with Regis vocals? The English know how to do it the right way. This CD is a must have! Great for listening in your car while speeding down perilous, dangerous roads!

5.0 out of 5 stars INTENSE! WILD! CELADOR DOES IT AGAIN!, May 29, 2000
By Jacob A. Tanner (San Francisco, CA United States) - See all my reviews
It has been a long time since a piece of music got under my skin like the 3 tracks on this single did! Not only do you have the suspenseful and intense feeling that the theme provides, the hot beat put along with it just takes you away! You should see the looks I get while stopped at a busy intersection while playing this CD in the car. This CD is a must-have for fans of the show!

3.0 out of 5 stars Good, but if you already have the British soundtrack..., October 20, 2000

If you already have the British WWTBAM soundtrack, then you're basically paying $ for one song. This is the Chris Tarrant Mix. It's a good mix, and well worth the money, but the CD otherwise repeats the two remixes at the end of the British soundtrack. Still worth it, though, if you really love Millionaire.
