The CD player features the convenience of random track access and CD functions such as CD program, shuffle, play, and repeat. It stores up to 20 of your favorite CD tracks for playing back in order of preference. The AZ111217 synchronizes the recording of cassettes with the start of a CD at the touch of a button. My mother bought this CD player for me for my birthday, and I was shocked that this portable player filled my dorm room (a very large one) with sound much better than my big stereo system did. The cd player, cassette player, and radio all work great, and it looks really cute, too (I got it in blue).

Only two small things kept me from giving this one 5 stars. First, the sound seems like it's lacking something if you don't use the bass boost. When you do use it, though, the sound is great. Second, I had planned on slipping the player into a backpack to take to the beach, but I found it to be an awkward piece to pack. It's easy to carry, but if you had wanted to pack it away don't count on it unless it's a large bag.

Overall I highly recommend this player because it has an amazing sound for its size. If you're looking for something small but effective, this is the one to buy.
