The CompactFlash Adapter converts CompactFlash cards into Type II PC Card format. In other words, to connect a CompactFlash memory card to a device through its PCMCIA slot, you need this adapter. For example, if you have a CompactFlash digital camera, you can transfer images from the CompactFlash card onto your notebook PC through its PCMCIA slot with this adapter. This adapter doesn't include a CompactFlash card.
