The 56K PC Card Winmodem from Megahertz, model 3CCM356, is a high speed modem for notebook computers with the Windows 3.1 or Windows 95 operating system, and PCMCIA Type II or Type III slots. Model 3CCM356 features a connector cable instead of XJACK connector for standard phone transmissions. Additional features of the Megahertz 3CCM356 include Flash DSP which allows you to update your modem's main functionality without returning it, using simple software downloads. It also features Flash ROM to perform basic enhancements to your modem with software updates from the field. Model 3CCM356 has an intelligent auto install feature which allows easy, doubt-free Plug n Play installation in a matter of minutes. The modem is protected from potentially damaging digital or PBX phone lines with Digital Line Guard. It is also hot swappable so you can switch PC Cards without rebooting or exiting Windows.
