Editorial Reviews

From the Artist
Shad-Rapp shoots another trophy: Unlucky Buck!

Once again, their songs include topics such as deer, duck and turkey hunting, not to mention bass fishing, and, oh yeah - beer! It is a 'must own' for anyone who appreciates comedy music or hunting.

Shad-Rapp strays from the rap world with their hit song combo "We Will Hunt You" and "We Are Da Hunters" (parodies of Queen's "We Will Rock You" and "We Are The Champions"). These songs will be huge hits on radio stations across the Midwest during deer hunting seasons for years to come!

Just like Shoot! Der It Is! and Double Barrel (Shad-Rapp's first two releases), half of the songs are parodies, and the other half are originals. And the originals on this release are hotter than a steaming gut pile!

Shad-Rapp set a high standard with their first two releases, but they came out with the biggest trophy yet with Unlucky Buck! This release will soon be the biggest CD in hunting humor history! Crimeny cripes, hey!!!

Product Description
Shad-Rapp is a musical comedy group who makes hilarious parodies of contemporary rap (and some rock) hits. The content of these songs all portray the unique lifestyle of the average Midwestern outdoorsman, with a humorous twist - in short, it's all about fishing pike, hunting deer, and drinking plenty of Wisconsin-brewed beer! So if you can imagine a recent radio rap song, but with lyrics about fightin' ferocious fish and blastin' big bucks, you can imagine Shad-Rapp!

5.0 out of 5 stars Finally! I have been searchin' and searchin', July 13, 2004

Guys you have out down yourself once again. Awesome just awesome! Who would of thought all those years ago playin' intermural basketball back at Rosie Tech as the Ya Hey's would have had such an affect on the masses. As Mr Schwanke once said "Hey you's guys der one time, Ya Hey!" Can't wait to hear what's next.

5.0 out of 5 stars Those boys have done it again..., November 20, 2000
By A Customer
Just when I thought that the genre of Northern Wisconsin rap parody had reached its zenith, wouldn't you know the fellas from Shad Rapp come along and raise the bar yet again. "Unlucky Buck" will revolutionize music in much the same way John Tesh's "Live at Red Rocks" changed New Age music. Kermit the Frog's guest turn as lead vocalist on "We are the Hunters" is an inspired nugget of pure pleasure. Shad, Charlie, Earl. et. al. have done it again; they have made an album purely on their own terms, they have followed their muse to dizzying new heights, and they have delivered to all of America a MASTERPIECE. The sun may rise in the east, but the brightest point on the musical radar eminates from the great white northern plains of Wisconsin.
