Charlize Theron and Keanu Reeves star in a romantic drama featuring music from some of the industry's biggest names. New Age chanteuse Enya contributes the album's first single, "Only Time," while Stevie Nicks handles "Touched by an Angel," a previously unreleased new recording. "Heart Door" from Paula Cole is another track exclusive to this soundtrack. Bobby Darin and Jackie Wilson represent classic pop. Wilson, in particular, never sounds dated--even sandwiched between Robbie Williams's "Rock DJ" remix and Tracy Dawn's "You Deserve to Be Loved" (which is not featured in the actual film). Newcomer Celeste Prince's "Wherever You Are," a sultry piano number, was written specifically for the film. Barenaked Ladies are in subdued mode with their own piano-based "Off the Hook." And in keeping with movie soundtrack tradition, the requisite remix is contributed by Lenny B. with his version of k.d. lang's "The Consequences of Falling." --Rob O'Connor

This is a very good soundtrack with a variety of songs. Touched By An Angel is a beautiful song by Stevie Nicks. The message of this song and movie for that matter is that life can truly be a celebration of love and friendship if we really want it. This song is worth the price of their entire CD. There are other good songs on here though. Enya's instrumental contribution Only Time is really pretty. The Consequences of Falling by KD Lang is about the doubts of entering into a new relationship. This song fits it in the movie well. I enjoyed the energetic song Baby Work Out by Jackie Wilson. Paula Cole and Dolly Parton's voices blend very well together on the song Heart Door. This is an excellent soundtrack.

It's the best soundtrack I own..Stevie's song is why I bought it, and this song "touched by angel" definetely touches me!! It is soo sad and so great! The song's by Enya and Amanda Ghost and K.D. Lang are great too, even the barenaked ladies are good too and they arent my favorite..stevie nicks just sounds incredible here, i cant get over it...buy it people!!

I must share with you all my thoughts on this fantastic soundtrack. I have yet to see the movie, but love the music in it. The song sung by Celeste Prince, Wherever You Are is a beautiful and heart touching song. And Ms.Prince has a voice that has warmth,strength and heart. I for one can't wait to hear that she has an album out. You have to listen to the whole CD and I mean listen, not with you ears but with your heart and soul. It will touch you. All the music is wonderful and fits well as a mix. I listen to it daily and will continue to tell the end of my days...
