This is not a high-end photo editor, so don't expect to get a lot of fancy tools. What you can expect is an easy-to-use interface with basic features to remove red eye, resize and crop, and add color filters, distortions, textures, frames, and borders. The editor also allows you to view the original and edited images simultaneously so you can see which changes worked and which didn't. Photos can be captured directly from digital cameras and scanners and exported into several different file formats like JPEG, TIFF, BMP, and more. If you have any recent version of windows you have an equal program in your Photo Editor. There is no way to apply clipart and there are minimal instructions, and if you need tech support they charge you for it. If you have a later O.S. and need a basic editor this may be useful but putting the term Holiday on the package is a huge stretch. They just give you holiday clipart which you cannot apply to your pictures through this program.
