Editorial Reviews

LifeSMART Solutions.com, July 2001

Mr.Trainer not only shows people how to use the equipment, he also shows how NOT to use the equipment.

From the Actor

Strong, confident, and toned. People of all ages are discovering how intelligent weight training makes a person feel on the inside and look on the outside. Unfortunately, as the number of people weight training continues to rise, so does the number of misguided individuals. Remember: achieving your goals and staying injury-free only comes from intelligent weight training.

As a result, I have developed and am proud to offer the most comprehensive and affordable personal training system available. Each video provides you with the same detailed, yet easily understood instruction on weight training that I've been giving my clients for years. All at a small fraction of the cost.

As a bonus, each video includes free "How-To" Photos you may bring to the gym as well as free "EZ-Print" Workouts personalized to your goals and fitness level via the MrTrainer.com website.

5.0 out of 5 stars Mr. Trainer is EXACTLY what I needed!, July 18, 2001
By A Customer
I kept reading how weight training is good for you, so I decided to search the internet for some tips. I found the MrTrainer videos and they claimed to be more convenient and less costly than hands-on personal trainers. I bought both the upper and lower body videos and after watching them I actually feel comfortable in the gym. They do everything I see other trainers at my gym do but hold my hand and drain my wallet. Mr Trainer was exactly what I needed!

5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Way to Get Started on Fitness, August 6, 2001
By c. neth (United States) - See all my reviews
This is a real find for people who are looking for good, common-sense workout advice. The Mr. Trainer videos -- and the web site that goes with them -- offer the same great, hands-on advice you'd get from having your own personal trainer, along with examples of what NOT to do. I would highly recommend this video for people who want to get started on a workout regimen and can't afford a trainer, or people who travel a lot and want a "trainer" who can travel with them. Very easy to follow instructions, and a great value for the price.
