I like to listen to a lot of different relaxation tapes and CD's. I highly recommend this one for a few reasons. First of all, I found the relaxing melody of the music in combination with Barry's voice to be very comforting. I also like the way that he gives enough time after each suggestion to allow the relaxation to deepen.

I like to use this CD to just unwind after work or if I need a little help getting to sleep. Sometimes I just let it play quietly on the stereo for some soothing ambience.

I feel this is a worthwhile investment in yourself or a great gift to give to someone you care about.

I am a Professional Business Man from Manhattan NYC and often find myself having difficulty finding time to relax, the corporate world has left me with more stress and less time to relax. I was recommended this product by a business associate of mine. I finally listened to this audio guide and was impressed by this CD! If you are truly looking for a way to relax I strongly suggest that you make this investment. Thank you for teaching me how to relax again by using these simple techniques.

At the end of my day I use this CD as a tool to center and relax myself. Another benefit is that it helps me sleep better at night. I highly recommend this CD!
