This FIRM tape is titled "Sculpted Buns, Hips and Thighs" which is ironic because AB work is mainly what you will be doing. The back of the box also lists Upper Body for 1.5 minutes. There is no Upper Body work, but the back of the box shows Tracie doing push-ups. Did they cut the Upper Body work out of the tape? Other FIRM users tout this as a very difficult tape to do. I had no trouble doing all of it the very first time and I would count myself as an intermediate exerciser. I will do the tape several more times to see if it brings about the changes that
other FIRM users claimed. Don't get me wrong. I love the FIRM but I think they need to explain the title.

I have many FIRM tapes, all of which I love, but when I bought this tape titled "Sculpted buns, hips and thighs", I expected a good 35 minutes of lower body floorwork, contrarily, the tape is at least 50% ab work, and only a couple short sets of buns and thighs work! There is nothing in the title indicating ab work, and therefore is misleading. Knowing the FIRM delivers great results and great workouts, I was a bit disappointed with it.

this is the best lower body and ab workout that i have ever used. after having my daughter i couldn't seem to tone those problem areas. i have gone from a size 14 to a comfortable size 8. the 10 workout guarantee works!!

For the absolute maximum results, by all means use weights. Albeit, dumbbells, ankle, etc. Beginners definetly move at your own individual pace.
