I am very impressed with these speakers. They are the best speakers under $500. After I listened to these I sold my subwoofer because these speakers hit the lows just fine by themselves. They are the perfect size for my living room, similar to a small bookshelf speaker on a stand.

As the previous reviewer had said these are awesome speakers for the money. They are made in China as most electronics are today but the quality is tremendous. The sound is awesome and I have these combined with a Cerwin Vega center spearker, Advent Marbl I/O spkrs, and Advent subwoofer and the whole system rocks. You will find none better for the price. I had seen these in BJ's and had wanted to buy them but I found them on here for less.

I HAVE JUST BOUGHT SIX OF THESE SPEAKERS I GOT THEM DELIVERED FOR $430.00 YES SIX FOR THAT WOW! I HAVE JUST REPLACED MY ENTIRE HOME THEATER SPEAKER SYSTEM. I DID ALOT OF LOOKING WHEN I SET OUT TO REPLACE MY AGEING SPEAKER SYSTEM,I WANTED A GOOD SYSTEM WITHOUT SPENDING A FORTUNE SO I COMPARED SPECS. VS PRICE VS REVIEWS WHICH LED ME TO THESE SPEAKERS.I WAS A LITTLE COMPREHENSIVE ABOUT THE SMALL WOOFERS SINCE I AM USED TO HAVEING A SET WITH 15" WOOFERS AND A SET WITH 12" WOOFERS BUT I MUST SAY THESE SPEAKERS PUT OUT SOME BASS.THESE ARE ALOT OF SPEAKER FOR THE MONEY THEY ARE BI-AMPABLE WHICH YOU USUALLY DON'T FIND BUT ONLY ON MORE EXSPENSIVE SPEAKERS ALSO SET UP WITH BINDING POST INSTEAD OF FLIMSY SPRING CLIPS AND TO TOP IT OFF ADJUSTABLE ISOLATION SPIKES. AS I MENTIONED THE BASS RESPONSE IS SUPRISEING AND THE HIGH FREQUENCYS ARE SMOOTH AND CRISP I DID HOWEVER NOTICE THE ABSENSE OF A MID RANGE WHILE LISTENING TO MUSIC BUT A SMALL EQUALIZER ADJUSTMENT AND PROBLEM SOLVED,AS FOR THEATER SOUND YOU WON'T NOTICE THE LACK OF A MID RANGE QUITE AS MUCH WITH A GOOD CENTER CHANNEL SPEAKER I JUST BOUGHT A BIC DV 62CLRS WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMEND, HARD TO BEAT THAT FOR THE MONEY EITHER AND SOUNDS SEAMLESS WITH THE ADVENTS.EITHER FOR LISTENING TO MUSIC OR FOR HOME THEATER USE WOULD RECOMEND THESE TO ANYONE ON A BUDGET YOU JUST SIMPLY CAN'T FIND BETTER SPEAKERS FOR LESS,BUY THEM YOU WON'T BE SORRY.
