Firefighter's Workout, December 28, 2001
By A Customer
I received this DVD as a Christmas gift- What a great idea for a fitness video. Anyone who follows this routine will get a better body, get stronger and build muscle. It's better than 3 hours in the gym, and only took me 30 minutes to complete. Even better, there are 2 different segments, so you can alternate the two routines, depending on whether you prefer an easier or harder workout. They filmed this in a NYC firehouse, which made it more realistic, and the 2 male instructors are real NYC firefighters, who perform the routine with 2 female fitness experts. This is a fun, quick, serious workout for anyone who really wants to get in shape, lose weight, and not waste their time with any of the other less serious videos out there, starring a "perky" aerobic queen. This is also the only exersize video that my husband has ever liked to do, so it's also good for men.

This Video Workout Really Works, March 8, 2002
I'm 33 years old with three daughters. The youngest being only eleven months. With quite the hectic lifestyle, there hasn't been much time to get back that flat stomach and defined [behind] and legs I once had. ..., I made myself a promise to get back in shape and feel good about myself again. As a gift to myself, I purchased The Firefighter's Workout Vidoe and began right away. The results have been amazing! This video offers three great workouts. I started with the less intense and within a short couple of weeks, moved to the more advanced. I do this video workout three times a week, and it only takes about thirty minutes. My girls don't even have time to miss me. Thank you for showing the real way to workout without wasting time and money. God bless all the Firefighters.

unless you've NEVER exercised before, do not bother, April 23, 2002
Pace is too slow. Instruction is boring. Exercises do not amount to anything but the most *basic* of moves (squats, pushups, rows, bike situps, etc.). B/c the pace is so slow, absolutely no intensity to the workout. Plus the guy excudes absolutely no energy, making for an all-around poor purchase.
