BE AWARE!!!, March 1, 2002
By A Customer
I just got this off of another web site..."""NAME ALERT: Do not think the album "The Future is Listening" is by our UFO. It is by the band UFO! (The ! makes the difference), who have a handful of dance singles. Be warned!""" This isn't a Micheal Schenker, Phil Mogg, Pete Way CD! FYI

Out of this world..., March 20, 2002
Fore Warning: This is not some "ufo" rock band people are getting confused with. Pay attention before you buy this cd. This is drum and bass, and if you like UFO the english cheese rock, this is not what your looking for.Now on with the real cd. This is simply one of the best, solid, dnb cd's ive heard all 2001/2002. UFO! really delivers an awsome, original, drum and bass cd like you've never heard before. The mixing is good and follows a nice flow. From hard hitting 'Enemy Inflitration' (which put UFO! on the map) to feet stomping 'Airport'. Every single track is solid and makes you want to keep listening for that next cut to keep your body movin'. The whole cd could be described as a SCI-FI movie on fast forward. With that frantic to spaced out type of feel to the samples. If you like Dieselboy mixed with Dom and Roland and a 50's UFO movie, youll love this. To get a taste of UFO! The Future is Listening, get your hands on "Enemy Infiltration" mp3 or such. Then buy the cd, you won't regret. Easily one of my favourite CD's right now. UFO! contends as one of the most up-and-comming dnb DJ's and proves that and more on "The Future Is Listening" If I have influenced you to buy, consider, or throw your computer out the window, please click "yes" below.

This is NOT UFO the rock band! (Whatever it is, it's awful!), March 13, 2002
...make this more clear. This is NOT the classic rock metal band from England featureing Phil Mogg and Michael Schenker that has been around for 30 years and has a well-deserved worldwide following. No, this is godawful techno dance music that belongs at a rave...The "creators" of this dance music CD put an exclaimation point on the end of UFO, I suppose to make them different, but it's so subtle that no one notices: UFO vs. UFO! So, consequently, you have a lot of UFO fans out there getting excited, thinking the band has released a new record. Then this thing shows up and the police end up having to talk them down from their collective window ledges. The big clue here is the song titles. Mogg would never write a song called "Don't Step on my Dog." I mean what is THAT about? So... be forewarned. This is NOT UFO, the rock band. This isn't even rock music. God knows what it is...
