When it comes to pocket multitools, nobody innovates quite like Leatherman. The XE6 is the flagship of the new Juice line, and it packs more tools into a smaller, tighter package than any multitool we've seen yet. Like all the Juice tools, the XE6 sports anodized-aluminum handles in a cool color, in this case "Storm Gray". Only 3.2 inches long, and weighing a mere 6.8 ounces, the XE6 is small enough to be comfortably carried in a pocket. Like all Leatherman tools, the XE6 butterflies open, exposing needle-nose pliers, wire cutters/stripper, an extra-small screwdriver, a small screwdriver, a large screwdriver, and a Phillips driver. A straight knife, a serrated knife, a saw, a diamond file, scissors, an awl, a corkscrew, and a bottle opener can all be quickly accessed from outside the tool. We especially like the satisfying way the Juice models positively click into the open position. The individual tools are all made of high-grade stainless steel, the same quality found on other Leatherman tools. The XE6 does lack the positive blade-locking mechanism found on Leatherman's Wave, but the blades click securely into place and are far less likely to collapse than the blades on traditional pocketknives. We think most people will find the missing lock outweighed by the advantages of the sleek, compact design. The XE6 is the Juice that's the most jam-packed model in the line. With a slightly thicker chassis than the CS4 or KF4, and protected by "Storm Gray" anodized aluminum handles, the XE6 has it all. Along with pliers, wire cutters, and four screwdrivers, the XE6 contains a saw, awl, and diamond-coated file. It provides a choice of straight or serrated knife blades. The XE6 also houses easily accessible serrated scissors, plus a corkscrew, can and bottle opener, as well as a lanyard attachment. Powerful but still compact, the XE6 comes in the color "Storm Gray." Made in the USA from US and foreign components and is covered by Leatherman's 25 year warranty.

Great Leatherman tool, up to Leatherman standards as always. Rounded handle is more comfortable than older models' handles for plier use.
