Basically, this game is about hearing a word pronounced backwards and guessing what the actual word is. So if the backwards pronunciation sounds like: 'tes-nus', then the answer would be 'sunset'. I love this game because as adults it's really challenging for my wife and I to sound out unfamiliar words that are pronounced backwards. But my kids, ages 7 and 10 can do it no problem. Therefore, our entire family can have fun guessing the words, while operating at the same level of challenge. Each puzzle also comes with funny little hints. Like the one for 'tes-nus' is 'this happens out west'. This has been a great family game for us. It's quick to explain and each game only lasts about 10 minutes or so. Plus we can play it anywhere, and make up our own puzzles.

I took this game to a game night party I went to and at first only 6 out of 12 people wanted to play. However, once we got started everyone jumped in and we ended up playing about 3 more times. The rules were short and the game play quick. It is a fast paced and fun party game. It kept all of us on our toes!!
