Ensemble IV's satellite speakers are compact, so they can fit literally anywhere -- on bookshelves, on a mantel or hung on a wall. Each satellite incorporates a unique wide-range, long-throw 3-inch driver capable of reproducing notes down to 150Hz. The Ensemble IV's shoebox-sized subwoofer contains a remarkable long-throw 5 3/4-inch woofer with dual voice coils. The engineering of this design lets Ensemble IV combine deep bass response with high efficiency, so it can provide satisfying full-range music, even when it is connected to a modestly powered receiver.
