4.0 out of 5 stars New Bali Blog, March 14, 2006
By Don Sahib (Calif USA) - See all my reviews
The new blog.baliwww.com is awesome. Articles about cultural items, as well as travel spots, are unique to this site. I feel that the "complete" Bali is being unpeeled here ( not just the most popular, already discovered, items covered by tourist guide books. Bali is a deep culture, and I will keep coming back to this site as time goes on.

5.0 out of 5 stars Pinpointing hotels in central Bali is a breeze, November 19, 2005
With dozens of choices of hotels, spas, and villas to choose from the task was daunting. The maps on this site ( baliwww.com) were especially useful in clustering the "intown" choices, distinct from the "country" establishments. Then making a short list of those around $100 per night for two people was faciltated by the completness of the listings, and photos. We finally settled on the Puri Saraswati bunglows. The three week stay was a complete success, with no suprises on the accomodation

4.0 out of 5 stars Balinese traditions revealed, March 15, 2006
Their new blog.baliwww.com , does indeed inform the visitor of the "inner happenings" around Bali. I have read every tour book available from the United States, but they only scratch the surface. Now I would plan much more time in Bali ( 30 days )to explore the island. This site fills in a lot of the blanks ( 10,000 expats do have a reason to live there ).
