Editorial Reviews

Jim Macnie, The Village Voice, Oct. 2000
Sitting at a Wurlitzer Roberta's wily tunes and unpredictable runs have a unique new tone...a retro-futurist vibe.

5.0 out of 5 stars fun. "wurly" girl with worldly influences, April 27, 2003
By A Customer
Roberta Piket is the unsung heroine of jazz music. Having played sessions and live shows with a who's who of jazz greats, this woman has made lots of albums that elite jazzheads know. She is very adventurous on I'M BACK IN THERAPY AND IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT; she explores the electric keyboard as opposed to acoustic. This gives an already clever pianist more options to go wild, serious, silly and energetic when it's right for the composition. And she rises to this challenge.
