Lotus 1-2-3 Millennium Edition includes all of the Lotus SmartSuite family of products: Lotus Word Pro, Lotus 1-2-3, Lotus Freelance Graphics, Lotus Approach, Lotus Organizer, Lotus SmartCenter, and Lotus FastSite. With 1-2-3 Millennium, it is easy to convert files to and from earlier versions of 1-2-3 and other business applications, including Microsoft Excel. You can also use the other SmartSuite 9.7 applications and file filters to exchange documents seamlessly to and from Word Pro and Microsoft Word, and between Freelance Graphics and Microsoft PowerPoint.
In 1-2-3 Millennium Edition, SmartLabels let you summarize a range by typing "Total." Now 1-2-3 also recognizes more than a dozen predefined terms such as "Subtotal," "Maximum" and "Average," making formula building faster and easier. You can also add terms, assign synonyms, and completely customize the list of SmartLabels. In addition, 1-2-3 Millennium Edition can copy row heights and columns widths to locations in the spreadsheet, which saves valuable set-up time. 1-2-3 Millennium Edition also includes HTML 3.2 support for opening and converting spreadsheet ranges to HTML documents. Spreadsheet-specific extensions allow you to share files using HTML as a common file format while preserving important spreadsheet information such as cell colors, formats, named ranges, and number formatting. Lotus 1-2-3 also offers native HTML support with XML support.
