Lufenuron (409.8mg)

Directions
  • To ensure complete absorption, always administer PROGRAM Flavor Tabs to dogs immediately after or in conjunction with a normal meal.
  • PROGRAM Flavor Tabs have no effect on adult fleas, but control flea populations by breaking the flea life cycle at the egg stage.
  • Treatment should begin early in the flea season and should continue until the end of the flea season. If there is a risk of exposure to fleas year-round, then treatment should continue the entire year without interruption.
  • It is important to treat all dogs in the household. Cats in the same household should be treated with lufenuron suspension or tablets.
  • PROGRAM Flavor Tabs must be administered monthly, preferably on the same date each month.

MY DOGS LOVE THE TASTE OF THE TABLETS AND IT WORKS TO ELIMINATE FLEAS.
THE OTHER DAY I FOUND 2 FLEAS WALKING ON TOP OF THE COAT OF ONE OF THE DOGS. MY HUSBAND SAID IT WAS BECAUSE THE TABLETS ARE WORKING; THE FLEAS DO NOT LIKE THE TASTE OF THEIR BLOOD ANYMORE. I USED TO PURCHASE THE TOPICAL FLEA MEDICINE AND MY DOGS HATED IT BUT IT WORKED. NOW WITH THIS METHOD WE ARE BOTH HAPPY!

When I received Program, it was so old, it didn't have any potency and didn't work at all. I followed all instructions and treated adult fleas with spot treatments. My dog continued to have fleas. How do I know that the Program I received was old? It had disintergrated to powder.

I love this product. It works GREAT with no nasty chemicals. Only draw back is it only works for fleas (as far as I know.) If ticks or mange is a problem in your area try Frontline Plus or Revolution. My daughter brought home a mangy mutt who was running the mean streets of Tacoma and now all my dogs are suffering. Frontline and Rev. will help control the mange, but not completely get rid of it. So we are using the latter products until that problem is controlled, but then we'll be back to The Program. Do love the prod cut!
