Don't let its small size and light weight deceive you - this AT&T cord detangler is strong and durable. The phone system I use it on is an all-digital high fidelity system used for dictation. I heard no distortion or noise after adding the unobtrusive unit, and now my phone cord is free of those maddening tangles. Highly recommended.
