This TV's new plasma technology enables very wide viewing angles, flicker-free picture and bright, vivid colors. Plasma displays replace conventional picture tubes with a system of charged gases trapped between glass, similar to a fluorescent light bulb. These charged gases react with red, green and blue phosphors to create the pictures we see.
