Digitally remastered edition of the Rock 'N' Roll rebel's 1956 debut album. Gene Vincent is rightly regarded as one of the pioneers of Rock, with hits such as 'Be Bop A Lula' as fresh and exciting today as they were when originally released. Yet Gene's hit career was a relatively short one either side of the Atlantic - just five hit singles in an eighteen month period commencing in the summer of 1956 in America, and eight Top 40 singles over the space of five years in the UK. His influence on the genre therefore is due to more than just his recording career. 12 tracks including 'Bluejean Bop', 'Jezebel', 'Peg O' My Heart'.
