However, I didn't realize that the tone arm wouldn't move, and the turntable wouldn't turn off when the side of a record stopped playing. I was so concerned with price that I'd forgotten what manual meant!

This turntable came with a felt mat, rather than a rubber one. Therefore, I'd put the mat from my old turntable under the new mat.

Nowadays the ground wire and patch cords plug into both my mixer and my turntable because they're not built into my turntable.

At least, I can play records again.
