Product Description
The case study describes the Dairy Farm Group of Companies which is a conglomerate of supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores and drugstores in the Asia-Pacific Region. Two consulting firms were hired to independently conduct a preliminary investigation of the existing system and to recommend changes to operational procedures with appropriate technologies.
