This video will help you feel energized and healthier in both body and mind. The routine and easy to follow instructions make it effortless, even if you're not used to exercising.

Mirabai Holland conveys important information throughout the video. Her obvious joy and pleasure with exercise are contagious!

The Fitness Fairy offers inspiration and benefits with no intimidation or ridiculous enthusiasm.

Probably at the top of everyone's New Year's Resolutions is to get into shape - to find an exercise routine - and this year, STICK WITH IT! I finally found the one that works for me.
In the pre-exercise part, Mirabai Holland tells you what aerobics does for your body and how you can customize the workout for yourself. The routine is simple to follow (with an easy music background)and continually adds on to what you've mastered. Mirabai offers gentle encouragement throughout and by the time you get to the end, you've worked your heart rate up to your target rate.
A feature I especially appreciated was the close-ups of exactly how to position your body during the cool-down stretch at the end as well as the explanation of why it is so important to do the cool-down.
There's even a delightful "Fitness Fairy" to convince you that working out is a lifestyle choice that will keep you looking and feeling your best whatever your age.
This video is a great mood elevator for the dark, cold days of winter when you are forced to spend more time indoors.

I'm 52, and I DON'T like to exercise, but I know how important aerobic exercise is for my health. So I decided to get some help, and I found Mirabai's easy aerobics video. She really does make aerobics easy, and she has so much fun while she's doing it, I couldn't help but enjoy following along with her routine. I was surprised at how quickly the time passed. I would definitely recommend this video for anyone looking for an easy-to-do, low-impact aerobic workout. Believe me, you'll feel accomplished when you're finished.
