Absolutely nothing in the world could've prepared me for this band. They have great vocals, great guitars, an original sound, and a really clever name that fits them just right. When you hear Christian's screams, you may be afraid, but it's a good type of fear. go and get it. it's worth your money. I never regretted buying this CD. ever.

1. God Save Us (10/10): This is the first song i heard from these guys after someone told me about em and it's my 3rd favorite on the album. solid.

2. If You Still Hate Me (10/10) The guitar buildup before the chorus is just awesome. The lyrics are great too.

3. Unreal (9/10) This is the only song that took some getting used to. Now I think it's great.

4. Nothing's Clear (10/10) Great acoustic intro and then it quickly switches back and forth between acoustic, synth, and numetal guitars. Also Christian Machado's vocals are great, switchin off between smooth and screams, English and Spanish.

5. What Comes Around (10/10) My second favorite song on this album. It's fun to play on guitar and the rapping is great. Roger Vasquez plays the tribal drums like a lead instrument and gives the verses it's flavor. The bass stands out a lot too. Also The bridge is awesome.

6. Liar (10/10) The second song I heard from these guys. My friend got the Ozzfest comp and this song was on there. tight song.

7. Rumba (10/10) Now this is music. The intro stands out a lot in this song and the guitar is great. hella fast and great.

8. Predisposed (9/10) Another "intro stands out" song, but it's a little too slow for me. still good though.

9. I Am Loco (10/10) Tied for 1st favorite. It may be slow, but the lyrics are awesome and the guitars are excellent.

10. No Murder (10/10) It took me 2 weeks to get how to play this song (it normally takes me a few minutes) A good message in a heavy song.

11. Rip Out Your Eyes (10/10) The other tie for first. Every time I pick up my guitar I have to play this song. Christian's vocals are just incredible.

12. Revolution/Revolucion (9.5/10) The title song and it kicks a**. but not as much as the others

13. With You (9.5/10)It has a great latin sound in guitar and drums, and great vocals from Christian, but it would've been better if they had a few Spanish vocals.

14. Fallen (4.5/10) Oh, come on. Ill Nino had a good streak going and they ruin it with this: A standard Numetal song with no originality.

15. Eye for an Eye (10/10) They sound awesome live and this Soulfly cover proves it. I can't decide which version's better. I like em both.

16. God Save Us live (10/10) Like I said, they're awesome live and they live up to that reputation with this.

17. What comes Around spanish (10/10) Lucky me, I'm Mexican, so I can understand the lyrics. They're a little different than the English version, but still, it's great.

18. Unreal spanish (10/10) (^see above^)

It also has the videos for What comes around (pretty cool) and Unreal (live) Just get this CD. You won't be sorry.

Anyways Onto The Song By Song Review. I Could Talk All Day About This Band But I Wont. All i know is they are better then current Soulfly. The End.

1.God Save Us 10/10: Great Music, Great Vocals, Great Lyrics, Very Hard and Very Catchy. I like when it goes soft, right before it goes hard again. Great stuff.

2.If You Still Hate Me 9/10: Catchy Music And Great Chorus, I Love The Bridge To.

3. Unreal 7/10: Good Chorus and Verse. Not One Of My Favorites But still good. Some spanish in it.

4. Nothings Clear: Very nice guitar part for the intro. Gets you hyped up. Dont like the chorus. Repetative. Bridge is nice and guitar parts are great though. Some spanish in it. I like the techno part at the end. 7/10

5. What Comes Around 9/10: Another Single, nice rapping, great guitar part to go along with it. Chorus is great, i love this song. It gets marked down for the screaming part though, that could have been left out at least a little.

6. Liar 10/10: Starts out with a little mexican flavor guitar. Going into one of their patented screaming/great guitars to go with it riffs. I love the chorus. Its violent and just gets you hyped as ever.

7. Rumba 8/10: Known by the quote "The Gods Want Something" I love the opening guitar part. Verse is ok i suppose. Nothing that stands out. OoOo but whats this...wow the end just made up for it. Very powerful, it saves the song.

8. Predisposed 7/10: I love the beginning of this song. I like the chorus, the high guitar part works. I love his screaming before the verse. And the verse is great. The Lyrics in the chorus are ok i suppose.

9. I Am Loco 10/10: I LOVE this song. Probably my favorite on the album. The beginning guitar part when he starts screaming *drools* and the guitar part for the chorus will make you think you are Loco :| Nothing in this song could have been better

10. No Murder 9/10: The prechorus is to die for, the chorus is ok. Kinda reminds me of Soulfly but its a great song.

11. Rip Out Your Eyes 10/10: Great message delivered in a violent way. I love it :D Very Catchy. This song part gets old though, ohh well

12. Revolution, Revolucion 10/10: There is a reason this is the title track ;) I love the end...listen to find out what i mean.

13. With You 10/10: A calm for the storm that was the original album. This is a great song, great guitar and percussion.

14. Fallen 6/10: Nice guitar part to start off with. Chorus is ok Lyrically...verses are better. I can see why it didnt make the album to begin with but its not a bad song. Just doesnt stand out. But the bridge does help as usual

15. Eye For An Eye 10/10: Great Live Soulfly cover. I think they do it better then Soulfly personally. I love the end of it.

16. God Save Us Live 10/10: Ill Nino just sounds great live thats all i have to say. I love this version

17. What comes around Spanish Version: Yea same as the other but spanish? Ha! Bet you couldnt see that one comin.

18. Unreal Spanish Version: Wow, take a guess.

I can't say that Ill Nińo is my favorite band simply because Metallica will always reign number 1 in my books. But thats like saying your dude is your best friend. He should always know that your girlfriend comes first. Same with me and Metallica. Metallica is an unspoken God. But beside that fact, Ill Nińo is my favorite band. They simply kick .... They are very very very agressive with the way Christian Machado sings and screams/growls. He is by far the best at what he does. I love the way they are so melodic yet the heaviest mainstream band around if you even want to say that they are mainstream. But, in simple words, pick up the album Revolution/Revolucion. You won't be dissapointed.
