I bought a couple of these keyboards since I really like the keyboard layout, it is a great compromise between ergonomics and space saving. In two of my keyboards my cables started having connecting problems. Kensingtons warranty serving was great they sent me replacements for both keyboards quickly with only basic question as to what I said was wrong.

I am a big fan on the company.
