Although it came with no instructions, and I am not a computer person, I had someone install it for me and I have had no problems. It arrived on time and in the exact condition described online.

I would love to review this but Amazon sent me a pair of head phones in error. TWICE. I have returned both with RMA and have yet to get a refund for the canceled order. I found the card on eBay, got it in 2 days, it works fine. If you have an old Toshiba Satellite LT, this is plug-n-play once you get the correct driver from the Toshiba web site. It takes some thrashing about to find the driver, but keep at it and you will eventually locate it. This card is the answer to all those plug in PCM cards that work when the mood strikes. The card is five stars, -2 for Amazon's non delivery and missing in action refund.
