The Canon FP-100 is a unique accessory, designed to allow transfer of 35mm transparencies or negatives to video. (Negative transfer requires the camcorder to have a Neg/Pos conversion function). In addition, use of the optional IW-50 Film Viewer will allow Advanced Photo System films to be transferred as well. The FP-100 consists of a cold cathode light source (with 240V mains adapter), film holder and 46mm adapter ring.
